Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cke33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the cke33 website located at cke33.io and any related mobile applications, sub-domains, or services operated under the cke33 brand.

cke33 is an online betting and casino platform designed and operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. The platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, dice games, and other gambling products. All services are offered in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. cke33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the cke33 platform, used to access betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held within a player's cke33 Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or other incentive granted by cke33 to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Platform" means the cke33 website, mobile interface, and all associated software, services, and content accessible at cke33.io.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that cke33 may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, football match, kabaddi tournament, or other competitive event offered for betting on the cke33 platform.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a cke33 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing the cke33 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.
4. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by cke33 or notified to cke33 by a third-party responsible gambling organisation.
5. You have not previously had a cke33 Account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are opening the Account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
7. You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will update that information promptly if it changes.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the cke33 platform. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

cke33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to carry out additional verification checks on any Account at any time.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cke33 Account, including any activity carried out by a third party using your login credentials whether or not authorised by you. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your username and password are kept strictly confidential and are not disclosed to any other person.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cke33 immediately by contacting [email protected]. cke33 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation. cke33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

cke33 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, temporarily suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• cke33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• cke33 has reason to believe that the Account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the cke33 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the cke33 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. cke33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to a player's Account within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary. cke33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider. cke33 reserves the right to apply a higher minimum withdrawal threshold for certain payment methods or in certain circumstances.

Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. cke33 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Deposits made to a cke33 Account are used exclusively for betting and gaming activity on the cke33 platform. cke33 does not provide a general financial account or currency exchange service. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them without engaging in betting activity may be declined and the funds returned to the source payment method.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cke33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published on the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that game or sport only.

cke33 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event had commenced or concluded (unless in-play betting was explicitly offered for that event).
• There is clear evidence of a pricing error or technical fault that resulted in odds being materially incorrect.
• The outcome of the event has been manipulated, fixed, or is the subject of a credible integrity investigation.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

All game outcomes on the cke33 platform — including live casino, slot games, fishing games, and dice games — are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by cke33's game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. cke33 does not control individual game outcomes and cannot reverse a game result once it has been determined and recorded by the relevant game engine.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome of all betting and gaming activity. cke33 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any financial loss incurred through use of the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

cke33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all cke33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who hold a verified, active cke33 Account in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used in bets before bonus funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal associated with bonus winnings is processed.
• cke33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses expire on the date stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

cke33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, and systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to clear bonus requirements. Any Player found to be engaging in such activity will have their Account suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cke33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in further legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or for which you do not have lawful authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the cke33 platform.
• Colluding with other players in any form, including in live casino games or sports betting syndicate arrangements designed to exploit the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any cke33 software.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening cke33 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law as it applies to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cke33 platform — including but not limited to the cke33 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, data compilations, and software — is the property of cke33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cke33 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cke33 platform without the express prior written consent of cke33.

Third-party game content available on the cke33 platform (including games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is licensed to cke33 for the purpose of making it available to Players.

Privacy & Data

cke33 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the cke33 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

cke33 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between Players and the platform. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cke33's liability for death or personal injury caused by cke33's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where cke33's liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your cke33 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

cke33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cke33 determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or financial stability of the platform.
• The Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• cke33 is required to close the Account by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
• The Account has been identified as belonging to an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, cke33 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including both real-money balances and bonus funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach (for example, at the Player's request, or due to regulatory requirements that do not involve misconduct), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks.

Responsible Gaming

cke33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. cke33 operates under a strict 21+ age policy and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect immediately.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued access to or use of the cke33 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between cke33 and a Player, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting cke33 at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties may pursue resolution through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.
